The invention relates to a winding device for paper or cardboard having at least two axially parallel supporting elements for the web reel which extend at least over the length of the web reel (T) and at least one of which is a carrier roll (2). The invention is characterised in that the other supporting element has a rigid carrier (4) which guides the web reel over a tubular sleeve (7, 7') which is arranged or guided rotatably about the carrier and over a carrying shoe (5, 5') which is connected to said sleeve, is hydrodynamically effective with respect thereto and is provided with a concave pressure surface (12, 12') which has a radius of curvature corresponding essentially to the largest reel (T) with the addition of the sleeve wall thickness, it being possible to adapt the carrying shoe (5, 5'), in its position, to the respective wound size (position of the circumference) of the web reel (W'). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wickeleinrichtung für Papier oder Karton mit mindestens zwei achsparallelen Unterstützungselementen für den Bahnwickel, die sich mindestens über die Länge des Bahnwickels (T) erstrecken und von denen mindestens eines eine Tragwalze (2) ist. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das andere Unterstützungselement einen starren Träger (4) aufweist, der den Bahnwickel über eine rotierbar um den Träger herum angeordneten oder geführten schlauchartigen Mantel (7, 7') und einen mit ihm verbundenen und hydrodynamisch in bezug auf den Mantel (7, 7') wirksamen Tragschuh (5, 5') führt, der mit einer konkaven Druckfläche (12, 12') versehen ist, deren Krümmungsradius dem größten Wickel (T) zuzüglich der Mantelwandstärke im wesentlichen entspricht, wobei der Tragschuh (5, 5') in seiner Position der jeweils vorhandenen, gewickelten Größe (Lage der Peripherie) des Bahnwickels (W') anpaßbar ist. <IMAGE>
