Abstract (en)
A monitoring device which switches the power on and off as a function of an attenuation measurement in a half-bridge tuned circuit which contains the induction coil (30), is provided for an induction hot plate heater. An oscillation whose amplitude is used to determine limits for the decay of the oscillation is produced at time intervals of, for example, approximately two seconds, by activating an arm (55, 56) of the half-bridge tuned circuit (53). These limits are thereafter compared with a measurement of the amplitudes of successive oscillations, without any significant energy being supplied to the tuned circuit, and the switching-on is carried out as a function thereof. Disconnection when the cooking pot is removed is carried out on the basis of a maximum-current measurement. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Für eine Induktions-Kochstellenbeheizung ist eine Überwachungseinrichtung vorgesehen, die in Abhängigkeit von einer Dämpfungsmessung in einem die Induktionsspule (30) enthaltenden Halbbrücken-Schwingkreis die Ein- und Ausschaltung des Leistungsbetriebes vornimmt. In Zeitabständen von beispielsweise ca. 2 Sekunden wird durch Ingangsetzen eines Zweiges (55, 56) des Halbbrücken-Schwingkreises (53) eine Schwingung erzeugt, deren Amplitude zur Ermittlung von Grenzwerten für das Abklingen der Schwingung verwendet wird. Danach werden diese Grenzwerte mit einer Messung der Amplituden nachfolgender Schwingungen ohne wesentliche Energiezufuhr im Schwingkreis verglichen und abhängig davon die Einschaltung durchgeführt. Die Abschaltung bei Wegnahme des Topfes erfolgt aufgrund einer Maximalstrommessung. <IMAGE>
