Abstract (en)
In order to seal bottles, a filled bottle is pulled off a filling valve of a filling device and then a crown cork is placed on it in a sealing device and pressed down around its circumference. In order to permit the airtight sealing of the bottle in a simple fashion and as quickly as possible, the filled bottle is immediately sealed by positioning the crown corks held ready in the sealing device and a sealing tool designed to press down around the circumference of the crown cork, in a positioning phase, between the bottle mouth and the filling valve, after which the crown cork is placed on the bottle mouth without head pressure and the sealing phase is begun. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Zum Verschließen von Flaschen wird eine gefüllte Flasche von einem Füllventil eines Füllers abgezogen und in einem Verschließer durch Aufsetzen und Umbördeln eines Kronenkorkens verschlossen. Um ein dichtes Verschließen der Flasche in einfacher Weise und in kürzester Zeit zu ermöglichen, werden zum sofortigen Verschließen der gefüllten Flasche der im Verschließer bereitgehaltene Kronenkorken und ein zum Umbördeln des Kronenkorkens ausgebildetes Verschließwerkzeug in einer Positionierphase zwischen Flaschenmündung und Füllventil positioniert und dan der Kronenkorken kopfdrucklos auf die Flaschenmündung aufgesetzt und die Verschlußphase eingeleitet. <IMAGE>
