The invention relates to an arrangement for supporting, maintaining and securing, in particular for stabilising the position and the shape of the banks of stretches of water, such as rivers or lakes, and has as its object in particular requisite construction measures for this purpose in harmony with nature. To this end, it is proposed according to the invention to attach in combination with one another known technical units, such as walls (10), sheet piling, stone riprap (11), bearing piles (15) or the like, to ecological/botanical units (12, 14, 17, 23), if need be with technical support systems for the plants (Fig. 10). <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung zum Ausbau, zur Unterhaltung und Sicherung, insbes. zur Stabilisierung der Lage und Form der Ufer von Gewässern, wie Flüssen oder Seen und bezweckt insbesondere erforderliche Baumaßnahmen für diesen Zweck in übereinstimmung mit der Natur durchzuführen. Erfindungsgemäß wird dazu vorgeschlagen, bekannte technische Bauelemente, wie Mauern (10), Spundwände, Steindeckwerke (11), Stützpfähle (15) oder dergl.mit oekologisch-botanischen Bauelementen (12,14,17,23), gegebenenfalls mit technischen Trägersystemen für die Pflanzen, miteinander in Kombination anzubringen (Fig. 10). <IMAGE>
