Abstract (en)
In a selvedge-forming device, a catching nozzle (44), having a catching channel (45) lying in the axial extension of the nozzle, and a threading-in nozzle (41), having a catching channel (42) lying in the axial extension of the nozzle, are arranged with intersecting air-jet axes in a carrier (54), thus allowing a narrow design of the device for threading the weft-thread end (21a) into the eye or the hook of the selvedge-forming needle (11) and therefore a short weft-thread end (21a) or narrow selvedges. Dirt particles, such as thread fly, are removed reliably from the gap (55) of the carrier (54) and from the catching channels (42, 45) and the formation of an air build-up is prevented. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
In einer Leistenlegervorrichtung sind eine Fangdüse (44) mit einem in der achsialen Verlängerung der Düse liegenden Fangkanal (45) sowie eine Einfädeldüse (41) mit einem in der achsialen Verlängerung der Düse liegenden Fangkanal (42) mit sich überkreuzenden Luftstrahlachsen in einem Träger (54) angeordnet, was eine schmale Bauweise der Vorrichtung zum Einfädeln des Schussfadenendes (21a) in die Öse bezw. den Haken der Leistenlegernadel (11) und somit kurze Schussfadenende (21a) respektiv schmale Webkanten ermöglicht. Schmutzteile wie Fadenflug werden zuverlässig aus dem Spalt (55) des Trägers (54) sowie aus den Fangkanälen (42,45) abgeführt und die Bildung eines Luftstaus wird verhindert. <IMAGE>
