In a moulding device for producing concrete pipes, having a mould core and a mould jacket, passage-forming cores (38a, 40a) are disposed between the mould core (16) and the mould jacket (22) for forming passages through the pipe jacket of the moulding. One (38a) of these passage-forming cores is mounted detachably on the inside of the mould jacket (22) whilst the other (40a) is mounted detachably on the outside of the mould core (16). In order to adjust the angular distance between the two passages (38 and 40), the mould core (16) is angularly adjustable with respect to the mould jacket (22), so that, corresponding to the angular adjustment made, an angular adjustment between the passages (38, 40) also results. The angular adjustment of the mould core (16) with respect to the mould jacket (22) can also take place here by means of a remote-controlled drive device. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einer Formeinrichtung zur Herstellung von Betonrohren mit einem Formkern und einem Formmantel sind zur Bildung von Durchgängen durch den Rohrmantel des Formlings zwischen dem Formkern (l6) und dem Formmantel (22) Durchgangsbildungskerne (38a,40a) angebracht. Einer (38a) von diesen Durchgangsbildungskernen ist an der Innenseite des Formmantels (22) lösbar angebracht, während der andere (40a) an der Außenseite des Formkerns (l6) lösbar angebracht ist. Zur Einstellung des Winkelabstands zwischen den beiden Durchgängen (38 und 40) ist der Formkern (l6) gegenüber dem Formmantel (22) winkeleinstellbar, so daß sich entsprechend der vorgenommenen Winkeleinstellung auch eine Winkeleinstellung zwischen den Durchgängen (38,40) ergibt. Dabei kann die Winkeleinstellung des Formkerns (l6) gegenüber dem Formmantel (22) durch eine fernbetätigte Antriebseinrichtung erfolgen. <IMAGE>
