Abstract (en)

2.1. For filling containers, especially cartons (16), with a plurality of (small) packs, especially cigarette packs (10), arranged in rows above and next to one another, an intermediate container (18) is used. This consists of elongate chambers (19) open at both ends, each for receiving a pack group (20). The intermediate container (18) is positioned in front of the open carton (16) in such a way that the content can be pushed into the carton (16) in a pushing-out stroke. 2.2. There serves for filling the intermediate containers (18) a feed conveyor (28) which feeds a pack string (15) from a packaging machine (11) to the intermediate container (18) and introduces it directly into the chambers (19). <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

2.1. Zum Füllen von Behältern, insbesondere Kartons (16), mit einer Vielzahl von in Reihen über- und nebeneinander angeordneten (Klein-)Packungen, insbesondere Zigaretten-Packungen (10), wird ein Zwischenbehälter (18) eingesetzt. Dieser besteht aus beidendig offenen, langgestreckten Kammern (19), je zur Aufnahme einer Packungs-Gruppe (20). Der Zwischenbehälter (18) wird so vor dem offenen Karton (16) positioniert, daß der Inhalt in einem Ausschubtakt in den Karton (16) eingeschoben werden kann. 2.2. Zum Füllen der Zwischenbehälter (18) dient ein Zuförderer (28), der einen Packungsstrang (15) von einer Verpackungsmaschine (11) dem Zwischenbehälter (18) zu- und unmittelbar in die Kammern (19) einführt. <IMAGE>
