Abstract (en)
An integral moulding having a separating wall (4) for separating the two coils (2,3) is provided on each winding overhang of a transformer or of a balanced series inductor. Provided on the separating wall (4) are fixing means (6,7,9) which fix one coil (2) on the moulding. Such fixing means are also provided for the other coil (3). In this way, a stable unit is created by means of the moulding and the coils, which unit can subsequently be fitted with the core plates (1). This simplifies the production of the transformer or the series inductor. <IMAGE>

An jedem Wickelkopf eines Transformators oder einer symmetrischen Vorschaltdrossel ist ein einstückiges Formstück mit einer Trennwand (4) zur Trennung der beiden Spulen (2,3) vorgesehen. An der Trennwand (4) sind Fixieungsmittel (6,7,9) vorgesehen, welche die eine Spule (2) an dem Formstück fixieren. Auch für die andere Spule (3) sind solche Fixierungsmittel vorgesehen. Auf diese Weise wird mittels des Formstücks und der Spulen eine stabile Einheit geschaffen, welche nachfolgend mit den Kernblechen (1) bestückt werden kann. Dies vereinfacht die Herstellung des Transformators oder der Vorschaltdrossel. <IMAGE>
