Abstract (en)

An escutcheon for a profiled cylinder consists of an essentially rectangular mounting plate (1) which can be screwed onto a door leaf (4) in the region of a profiled-cylinder receptacle (3) and which has a central orifice (5) possessing the cross-section of a profiled cylinder, and of a mounting-plate cover (2) which can be pushed in the longitudinal direction (9) onto the mounting plate (1) and which has a central recess (10) possessing the cross-section of a profiled cylinder. The mounting plate (1) has, on its longitudinal edges (11), projections (12) arranged at a distance from its door-leaf bearing face (13), and the mounting-plate cover (2) has, on its longitudinal edges (14), continuous covering webs (15) extending towards the mounting plate (1) and having protrusions (16) which catch behind the projections (12) of the mounting plate (1) when the mounting-plate cover (2) is in the pushed-on position, in which its central recess (10) is aligned with the central orifice (5) of the mounting plate (1). In such an escutcheon for a profiled cylinder, an embodiment improved in terms of safety and functioning is obtained if the covering webs (15) provided on the longitudinal edges (14) of the mounting-plate cover (2) are connected to one another at their ends by means of additional covering-web elements (18) extending on the transverse sides (17), to form a closed continuous web arrangement (15, 18), and if the mounting plate (1) is provided not only with the projections (12), but also with passages (19) for the protrusions (16), and the mounting-plate cover (2) is provided not only with the protrusions (16), but also with passages (20) for the projections (12). <IMAGE>

Eine Profilzylinderrosette besteht aus einer im Bereich einer Profilzylinderaufnahme (3) auf ein Türblatt (4) aufschraubbaren, im wesentlichen rechteckigen Montageplatte (1) mit einer Profilzylinderquerschnitt aufweisenden Zentralöffnung (5) und aus einer in Längsrichtung (9) auf die Montageplatte (1) aufschiebbaren Montageplattenabdeckung (2) mit einer Profilzylinderquerschnitt aufweisenden Zentralausnehmung (10). Die Montageplatte (1) weist an ihren Längsrändern (11) mit Abstand von ihrer Türblattanlagefläche (13) angeordnete Vorsprünge (12) und die Montageplattenabdeckung (2) an ihren Längsrändern (14) sich zur Montageplatte (1) hin erstreckende durchlaufende Abdeckstege (15) mit Vorkragungen (16) auf, welche in aufgeschobener Stellung der Montageplattenabdeckung (2), in der deren Zentralausnehmung (10) mit der Zentralöffnung (5) der Montageplatte (1) fluchtet, die Vorsprünge (12) der Montageplatte (1) hinterfassen. Bei einer solchen Profilzylinderrosette kommt man zu einer in sicherheits- und funktionstechnischer Hinsicht verbesserten Ausführungsform, wenn die an den Längsrändern (14) der Montageplattenabdeckung (2) vorgesehenen Abdeckstege (15) an ihren Enden durch an den Querseiten (17) verlaufende zusätzliche Abdeckstegelemente (18) zu einer geschlossen umlaufenden Steganordung (15, 18) miteinander verbunden sind und die Montageplatte (1) neben den Vorsprüngen (12) mit Durchlässen (19) für die Vorkragungen (16) und die Montageplattenabdeckung (2) neben den Vorkragungen (16) mit Durchlässen (20) für die Vorsprünge (12) versehen ist. <IMAGE>
