Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0562645A2] The invention relates, inter alia, to a plug for a plug connection for the electrical connection of motor-vehicle trailers, having a housing which accommodates a contact insert (2) having contact pins (3) and which has a bayonet connecting part (5) for connection to a plug socket from an inner sleeve (7) and a bayonet ring (8) which is supported thereon such that it can rotate, having a positively-locking interlock, which can preferably be unlocked in a positive manner during insertion of the bayonet connecting part (5) into the associated socket, of the bayonet ring (8) to the inner sleeve (7) in the bayonet unlocking position, which has an unlocking pin (28) which, in the bayonet unlocking position, projects radially out of an opening (27) in the bayonet ring (8) and is supported on an interlock spring (29) which, in the bayonet unlocking position, inhibits twisting of the bayonet ring (8) with respect to the inner sleeve (7) and allows said twisting when the unlocking pin (28) is pressed down. <IMAGE>
