[origin: EP0562944A1] The invention relates to a turbo machine blade including internal recesses (6, 19, 20) for the circulation of a refrigerant fluid and an external wall (4) which is traversed by rows of orifices connecting the said internal recesses to the external environment of the blade and which includes a leading edge. Two first rows of orifices (81, 82) extend in the zone of the leading edge, the orifices (81, 82) being orientated (A 81, A 82) in the direction opposite the central line (3) of the leading edge, with respect to the said row.
