[origin: US5308052A] The present invention concerns a device for feeding a stack of flat articles on edge, especially mail items, to a de-stacker head provided with a support surface, the device comprising a main feed magazine in which the stack is disposed and a plate pushing the rear of the stack. A secondary feed magazine is introduced between the main magazine and the support surface of the de-stacker head, the secondary magazine having an upwardly inclined transfer surface, its edge adjacent to the support surface of the de-stacker head being higher than the latter.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'amenage d'une pile (1) d'objets plats en particulier de plis de courrier sur chant vers une tête de dépilage (2) pourvue d'une surface support (5), dispositif comportant un magasin d'amenage principal (3) sur lequel est disposée la pile et une palette (4) poussant l'arrière de la pile. Un magasin d'amenage secondaire (6) est intercalé entre le magasin principal (3) et la surface support (5) de la tête de dépilage, ce magasin secondaire ayant une surface de transfert inclinée de façon montante, son bord adjacent à la surface support (5) de la tête de dépilage étant plus haut que celle-ci. <IMAGE>
