Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0563006A1] The force-transfer body (1) comprises a first, essentially annular part-body (5), preferably consisting of cast steel, and a second part-body (6), preferably consisting of a castable and curable mortar composition. The second part-body is cast onto the first part-body. An inner conical opening (19) is lined with a funnel-shaped plastic part (18) which overlaps at least a part-region of the first part-body. The first part-body has a bearing surface (2) which is directed away from a structure part (9) and is intended to bear, in a force-fitting manner, an anchor bushing (4) which receives individual members (3). The tension forces, occurring in a concentrated manner in the anchoring means, are channelled from the anchor bushing, via the first part-body, into the second part-body and from there into the structure part. The second part-body is designed essentially in the form of a truncated cone, the latter extending in a tapering manner away from the first part-body. A constriction (7b, 7c) is present in the region of the outer casing surface of the second part-body. This results, on the one hand, in, in addition to the smaller end surface (7d) directed away from the first part-body, there also being present an annular surface (7b), formed by the constriction, for the purpose of channelling tension forces into the structure part. The specific pressure loading on the concrete of the structure part is thus reduced. Owing to this design and shaping, the force-transfer body according to the invention can be configured such that it is lighter than anchor plates, cast anchor bodies or known anchoring-means bodies. <IMAGE>
