[origin: EP0563528A1] A method for mounting a heating installation is described, in which a connection fixture (10) is first mounted on the wall or on the floor of the installation site for the radiator (32, 40). Subsequently, the connection of the pipes to the connection fixture (10), the shutting off of the radiator connections of the connection fixture, and the hydraulic-pressure testing of the entire installation consisting of pipes and the connection fixture are carried out. The radiator(s) (32, 40) is (are) mounted on the connection fixture (10) only at a later suitable time. A connection fixture developed for this purpose has connection means (38) for connection to the pipes, connection means for connection to at least one radiator, and fastening means for stationary mounting of the connection fixture on a wall or a floor. <IMAGE>
