Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0563568A2] In a handle system, the handle main part (12) can be connected non-positively and positively to supporting parts (14) via curved pieces (16) to form a stable bow-type handle (10) which is fixed to a fastening surface (A) by means of bolts (B). Each curved piece (16) has an angle piece (36), over which a cover (46) engages and which can be screwed to a tension member (22) in a tubular body (20) of the handle main part (12). In a supporting part (14), a tubular piece (34) surrounds a ribbed block (24) having a inner stepped bore (28), in the bush part (48) of which a connection piece (58) is seated. The latter has a flange (60) and, on a shank (62), a V-groove (64) where a radial setscrew (54) retains the supporting part (14). Two identical shells (56) can be interlocked by being pressed onto one another and/or by displacement parallel to the edges, so that the cover (46) has the same outer contour (K) as the tubular elements (20, 34), namely that of a rounded square. In the angle piece (46) of generally U-shaped cross-section, screw heads (44) are supported on inner stop faces (42). <IMAGE>
