The invention relates to a device for clamping and tensioning the inwardly bent trailing edge (6) of a flexible printing plate (5) in an axial gap (4) on the circumference of a plate cylinder (2) of a printing machine. In order in this case to allow automated exchange of the printing plate (5) without additional equipment for inserting the bent portion (6) at the trailing end of the plate into a clamping slot (7) in the clamping and tensioning device, the latter is arranged so as to be radially movable in the gap (4) and can be moved outwards by drive forces counter to the action of a spring so that the bent portion (6) of the printing plate (5) can be pressed into the clamping slot (7) by the blanket cylinder (1). The spring forces hold the clamping and tensioning device in a stable stop position in the operating state. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klemm- und Spannvorrichtung für die nach innen abgewinkelte Hinterkante (6) einer flexiblen Druckplatte (5) in einem axialen Kanal (4) am Umfang eines Plattenzylinders (2) einer Druckmaschine. Um dabei einen automatisierten Wechsel der Druckplatte (5) ohne Zusatzeinrichtung für das Einschieben der Abkantung (6) am hinteren Plattenende in einen Klemmschlitz (7) der Klemm- und Spannvorrichtung zu ermöglichen, ist diese in dem Kanal (4) radial beweglich angeordnet und durch Antriebskräfte gegen Federwirkung nach außen verfahrbar, so daß die Abkantung (6) der Druckplatte (5) durch den Gummituchzylinder (1) in den Klemmschlitz (7) hineindrückbar ist. Die Federkräfte halten die Klemm- und Spannvorrichtung im Betriebszustand in einer stabilen Anschlaglage. <IMAGE>
