The invention relates to an apparatus for directional drilling, with a drilling tool (1), having a drill string (inner rod string 2), a drilling-tool holder (3) and a drill bit (4), and a casing (outer rod string 5) made to follow, and to a method of controlling a drilling apparatus, which achieves directional control of the drilling head for obtaining a certain angled orientation in predetermined borehole sections or a correction to any deviations with acceptable outlay owing to the fact that, on the one hand, in terms of the apparatus, a deflecting wedge (6) is arranged in the front area of the casing (5), which deflecting wedge (6), by rotation and longitudinal displacement of the casing (5), brings about a parallel displacement of the drilling head consisting of drill bit (4) and drilling-tool holder (3) and that, on the other hand, in terms of the method, the actual course of the bore is detected by measurement, and a deflecting wedge arranged in the front area of the casing, by rotation and longitudinal displacement of the casing (outer rod string), is positioned in such a way that the drilling-tool holder is deflected from the drilling centre line in the desired direction for the directional change. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum richtungsgenauen Bohren mit einem ein Bohrgestänge (Innenrohrgestänge 2), einen Bohrwerkzeugträger (3) und eine Bohrkrone (4) aufweisenden Bohrwerkzeug (1) und einem nicht drehend nachgeführten Futterrohr (Außenrohrgestänge 5), und ein Verfahren zur Steuerung einer Bohrvorrichtung, welche eine richtungsgenaue Steuerung des Bohrkopfes zum Erreichen einer bestimmten Abwinklung in vorgegebenen Bohrlochabschnitten bzw. einer Korrektur eventueller Abweichungen mit vertretbarem Aufwand einerseits vorrichtungsmäßig dadurch erreicht, daß im vorderen Bereich des Futterrohrs (5) ein Ablenkkeil (6) angeordnet ist, welcher durch Drehen und Längsverschieben des Futterrohres (5) eine Parallelverschiebung des aus Bohrkrone (4) und Bohrwerkzeugträger (3) bestehenden Bohrkopfes bewirkt, und andererseits verfahrungsmäßig dadurch, daß der tatsächliche Verlauf der Bohrung meßtechnisch erfaßt wird und daß durch Drehung und Längsverschiebung des Futterrohres (Außenrohrgestänges) ein im vorderen Bereich des Futterrohres angeordneter Ablenkkeil so positioniert wird, daß zur Richtungsänderung der Bohrwerkzeugträger in der gewünschten Richtung aus der Bohrmittellinie abgelenkt wird. <IMAGE>
