Cross-country binding, in which a support element (1) which can be fixed on the boot, with its built-in pivot pin (2) via which the boot is pivoted in its position relative to the longitudinal direction of the boot and/or transversely to the longitudinal axis of the boot and/or is connected interchangeably and, as a result of this pivot pin (2) on the support element (1), releasibly to the ski. Langlaufbindung, bei der ein am Schuh befestigbares Trägerelement (1) mit seiner angebauten Drehachse (2) über die der Schuh verschwenkt wird in seiner Position gegenüber der Schuhlängsrichtung und, bzw. oder quer zur Schuhlängsachse und, bzw. oder austauschbar und durch diese Drehachse (2) am Trägerelement (1) mit dem Ski lösbar verbunden ist. Wobei der dazubehörige Skibindungsteil (16) über eine Grundplatte (20), die mit dem Führungssteg (32) für den Schuh eine Einheit bildet, vom Ski (30) abnehmbar und, bzw. oder austauschbar ausgebildet sein kann. <IMAGE>
