The invention relates to a brake device (1) for training apparatus, having a rotatably mounted brake disc (6) and a brake belt (10) which passes around the brake disc (6) and which, by means of its tension, generates a braking resistance at the brake disc (6). In order to simplify the structure of such a brake device and to permit versatility in use, at least two rotors (17, 18) are provided which are mounted to be rotatable independently of one another and whose rotary movement can be transmitted to the brake disc (6). <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bremsvorrichtung (1) für Trainingsgeräte mit einer drehbar gelagerten Bremsscheibe (6) und einem Bremsband (10), das die Bremsscheibe (6) umschlingt und das durch seine Spannung einen Bremswiderstand an der Bremsscheibe (6) erzeugt. Um eine derartige Bremsvorrichtung in ihrem Aufbau zu vereinfachen und eine vielseitige Anwendbarkeit zu ermöglichen, sind zumindest zwei Rotoren (17, 18) vorgesehen, die unabhängig voneinander drehbar gelagert sind und deren Drehbewegung auf die Bremsscheibe (6) übertragbar ist. <IMAGE>
