[origin: EP0565446A1] Modular element for the construction and erection of an annexed living space, such as a veranda or the like, characterised by a structure comprising: a) a lower core 10 consisting of a hollow and rigid profiled section allowing two adjacent modules to be connected by engagement of an internal fishplate 7, 11 common to both modules; b) an intermediate filling body 4, 4' peripheral to the said lower core, the intermediate body being a synthetic material of rigid alveolar (honeycomb) structure; c) an external facing 2, 2' made from a hydraulic binder of the reconstructed stone type. <IMAGE>
