Abstract (en)
To increase the value of a key, especially of a flat key, for example a car key, the head of the key is produced from a precious metal and is connected releaseably to the shank 1 of the key. A snap fastening serves for connecting the shank 1 to the head 2 and is brought about by studs 8 insertable into holes in the head 2 and shank 1 and by a clamping plate 6 inserted into the head 2. The technical effect of the assembleable key is that, when the vehicle is changed, the head can be exchanged for a key of another type of vehicle or of another lock. There is also the possibility that the precious metal can be used for other processing work. <IMAGE>

Zur Hebung des Wertes eines Schlüssels, insbesondere eines Flachschlüssels, z.B. eines Autoschlüssels, wird der Kopf des Schlüssels aus einem Edelmetall hergestellt und mit dem Schaft 1 des Schlüssels lösbar verbunden. Zur Verbindung des Schaftes 1 mit dem Kopf 2 dient ein Schnappverschluß, welcher durch in Löcher des Kopfes 2 und Schaftes 1 einsetzbare Stifte 8 sowie eine in den Kopf 2 einsetzbare Klemmplatte 6 bewirkt wird. Der technische Effekt des zusammensetzbaren Schlüssels besteht darin, daß man beim Tausch des Wagens den Kopf für einen Schlüssel anderer Wagentype oder eines anderen Schlosses auswechseln kann. Auch besteht die Möglichkeit, daß man das Edelmetall für andere Verarbeitungen heranziehen kann. <IMAGE>
