Abstract (en)

A training apparatus for combat sports, in which practice blows and/or kicks are delivered against appropriate bags (1), is characterised in that these bags (1) are each mounted at the free ends (2a) of arms (2) to be adjustable on a preferably vertically aligned column (3) and with the latter (2, 2a) in respect of their height (H) and projection (U) and/or inclination (ss). As a consequence of the fact that this column (3) is designed to be adjustable in respect of its length (LS), in the manner of a telescope or the like, and is provided with a head and/or foot part (8 and 9) which is likewise designed to be vertically adjustable, the possibility exists of using the apparatus in any desired room (Z) between the ceiling (D) and floor (B) for practising alone and without a trainer. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Ein Trainingsgerät für Kampfsportarten, bei denen Übungsschläge und/oder Tritte gegen entsprechende Polster (1) ausgeführt werden, zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß diese Polster (1) jeweils am freien Ende (2a) von Armen (2) und mit diesen (2, 2a) in ihrer Höhe (H) sowie Auskragung (U) und/oder Neigung (β) verstellbar an einer vorzugsweise vertikal gerichteten Säule (3) gelagert sind. Dadurch, daß diese Säule (3) in ihrer Länge (LS) teleskopartig o.ä. verstellbar ausgebildet sowie mit einem ebenfalls höhenverstellbar ausgebildeten Kopf- und/oder Fußteil (8 und 9) versehen ist, besteht die Möglichkeit, das Gerät in jedem beliebigen Zimmer (Z) zwischen Decke (D) und Boden (B) eingespannt allein und ohne Trainer zum Üben zu verwenden. <IMAGE>
