[origin: EP0565982A1] The valve arrangement has a directional control valve (1), the control piston (3) of which can be displaced against a restoring force by a plunger (21) of a magnet (20). Furthermore, a pressure valve (67) is provided which has a valve member (25) which can be adjusted against a restoring force. The valve member (25) of the pressure valve (67) is arranged on the control piston (3). The pressure valve (67) therefore lies within the overall volume of the directional control valve (1), as a result of which the valve arrangement has a small overall volume.
