[origin: EP0566104A1] More recent remote control transmitters exhibit a multiplicity of operating devices, for example keys and synchro transmitters by means of which the different functions of one or a number of appliances in entertainment electronics can be enabled. Due to the multiplicity of operating devices, however, the operating process becomes obscure overall. This leads to complicated handling associated with discomfort. In the present invention, a remote control transmitter is therefore proposed which consists of a unit for a simplified operating process with few operating devices which can be inserted positively into a second unit, all operating devices for all operating processes being available in the assembled state. <IMAGE>
