Abstract (en)
For the collection and subsequent stitching of folded sheet-like printed products, which are regularly fed to a conveying track (2), the collected printed products are fed to the stitching operation by means of a drivable bending apparatus (3). In a charging area (6) the printed products are placed astride supports (5) which are spaced in the conveying direction and are fixed to a rotating tensioning means (4). The deflector wheel for the tensioning means (4), rotating about the axis (9), is designed as a stitching wheel (10). The stitching wheel (10) bears actuatable benders (11) distributed over its circumference. Supports (5) and benders (11) each combine to form a stitching station (12). Opposite to the circumference of the stitching wheel (10) is a stitching apparatus (7) which can be connected for drive purposes to the stitching wheel (10). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Zum Sammeln und anschliessenden Heften von gefalteten bogenförmigen Druckprodukten, die regelmässig einer Förderstrecke (2) zugeführt werden, werden die gesammelten Druckprodukte mittels einer antreibbaren Umbiegevorrichtung (3) dem Heftvorgang zugeführt. Die Druckprodukte werden in einem Beschickungsbereich (6) rittlings auf in Förderrichtung beabstandete Auflager (5) aufgesetzt, die an einem umlaufenden Zugmittel (4) befestigt sind. Das um die Achse (9) umlaufende Umlenkrad für das Zugmittel (4) ist als Heftrad (10) ausgebildet. Das Heftrad (10) trägt auf dem Umfang verteilt betätigbare Umbieger (11). Auflager (5) und Umbieger (11) bilden jeweils gemeinsam eine Heftstation (12). Dem Umfang des Heftrades (10) gegenüber ist ein Heftapparat (7) angeordnet, der mit dem Heftrad (10) antriebsverbunden sein kann. <IMAGE>
