[origin: WO9003480A1] An element system particularly for manufacturing a wall, comprising a casing (1, 2) which consists of a cast component (1) and a sheeting (2), both adjoining a (light, made of wood, steel or a like material) frame in a manner that casing (1, 2) may extend below the frame to form a footing (10), laterally to form a corner extension or the like (1a, 1b) or a roof structures covering skirt (16) and wherein a joint is achieved by overlapping either sheeting (2) and/or internal covering (5) with respect to the frame. A joint for this type of element which is obtained by means of a symmetrical or asymmetrical overlapping in at least one of the surfaces.

Un système d'éléments destiné notamment à la fabrication d'un mur, comprend une structure (1, 2) composée d'un constituant coulé (1) et d'un coffrage (2), tous deux contigus à un cadre (léger, en bois, acier ou en un matériau analogue) de sorte que cette structure (1, 2) peut s'étendre au-dessous du cadre pour former une assise (10), latéralement pour former une extension en coin ou analogue (1a, 1b), ou une jupe (16) couvrant des structures de toit, la jointure consistant en un chevauchement des deux coffrages (2) et/ou une couverture interne (5) par rapport au cadre. On obtient une jointure pour ce type d'élément au moyen d'un chevauchement symétrique ou asymétrique dans au moins une des surfaces.
