In a splicing arrangement for a new supply roll (1) for the automatic splicing of roll webs, in particular of paper rolls in web-fed rotary printing machines, the object consists in readily and securely applying the adhesive tape (6) to the new supply roll (1), which adhesive tape tears off without jerking after complete splicing to an expiring residual roll (9). This object is achieved in that the adhesive tape (6), as a double-sided adhesive tape, is designed with a layer (12) of uniform adhesiveness on the first side to produce an adhesive splice to an expiring web (8) of a residual roll (9) and adhesive layers (16, 13, 22) of different adhesiveness arranged adjacent to one another on the second side. Here the adhesive tape (6) covers the start (2) of the paper web of the new supply roll (1) and fixes it to the second layer (7) of the supply roll. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einer Klebestellenanordnung für eine neue Vorratsrolle (1) zum automatisierten verbinden von Rollenbahnen, insbesondere von Papierrollen in Rollenrotationsdruckmaschinen, besteht die Aufgabe darin, den Klebestreifen (6) leicht und sicher auf die neue Vorratsrolle (1) aufzubringen, der nach vollzogener Verbindung mit einer auslaufenden Restrolle (9) ruckfrei aufreißt. Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß der Klebestreifen (6) als zweiseitig wirkender Klebestreifen mit einer auf der ersten Seite aufgebrachten Schicht (12) gleichmäßig starker Klebefähigkeit zur Erzeugung einer Klebeverbindung mit einer auslaufenden Bahn (8) einer Restrolle (9) und einer auf der zweiten Seite nebeneinander angeordneter Klebeschichten (16,13,22) unterschiedlich starker Klebefähigkeit ausgebildet ist. Dabei überdeckt der Klebestreifen (6) den Anfang (2) der Papierbahn der neuen Vorratsrolle (1) und legt diesen auf der zweiten Lage (7) der Vorratsrolle (1) fest. <IMAGE>
