Elektrohängebahn mit einer Laufschiene (2,4), mit mindestens einer Station, mit mindestens einem Elektrofahrzeug, das mit mindestens einem blockierbaren Antriebsrad (44) an der Laufschiene (2,4) angreift und mit einer der Station zugeordneten Positioniereinrichtung (34), die das in der Station durch Blockieren des Antriebsrades (44) zum Stillstand gebrachte Elektrofahrzeug in eine definierte Position bringt, gekennzeichnet durch einen längsverschiebbaren Laufschienenabschnitt (10) in der Station, auf dem das blockierte Antriebsrad (44) zum Stehen kommt. <IMAGE>
