Abstract (en)

A heat exchanger for cooling synthesis gas produced in a cool gasification plant consists of heat exchanger tubes (1) through which the synthesis gas to be cooled flows, and which are held in two tube plates (2, 3) and surrounded by a jacket (4). The tube plate (2) on the gas inlet side is covered by a layer of individual cuboid snouts (12) which are arranged next to one another and abut one another at the outside edges. Each snout (12) has a conical opening (15) which narrows into a tube section (14) which projects into a heat exchanger tube (1). <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Ein Wärmetauscher zum Kühlen von in einer Kohlevergasungsanlage erzeugtem Synthesegas, besteht aus Wärmetauscherrohren (1), die von dem zu kühlenden Synthesegas durchströmt, in zwei Rohrplatten (2, 3) gehalten und von einem Mantel (4) umgeben sind. Die gaseintrittsseitige Rohrplatte (2) ist von einer Schicht aus einzelnen, nebeneinander angeordneten, an den Außenkanten aneinanderstoßenden quaderförmigen Tüllen (12) bedeckt. Jede Tülle (12) weist eine konische Öffnung (15) auf, die sich in einen Rohrabschnitt (14) verengt, der in ein Wärmetauscherrohr (1) hineinragt. <IMAGE>
