Abstract (en)
The invention proposes a device for supporting and loading flaskless sand moulds during casting and during the solidification phase and is intended preferably for use in mechanical and automatic moulding systems. In this device, pressure plates (6) are mounted with a limited ability for vertical movement on inclined planes (10) of contact on two or four sides of a heavy frame (5), these pressure plates performing a horizontal motion towards the sand moulds when their downward movement is stopped and the frame (5) is moved further downwards. <IMAGE>

Es wird eine Vorrichtung vorgeschlagen zum Abstützen und Belasten von kastenlosen Sandformen während des Giessens und der Erstarrungsphase, vorzugsweise zur Verwendung in mechanischen und automatischen Formanlagen, wobei in einem schweren Rahmen (5) zwei- oder vierseitig Andrückplatten (6) auf geneigten Berührungseben (10) begrenzt höhenbeweglich angebracht sind und die eine horizontale Bewegung gegen die Sandformen ausführen, wenn ihre Abwärtsbewegung gestoppt und der Rahmen (5) weiter abwärts bewegt wird. <IMAGE>
