Abstract (en)
A filling element for filling machines for filling bottles or similar containers has a filling element casing (3) which is made of metal. The latter contains a liquid channel (4) with a liquid valve (7) for the controlled delivery of a filling material via a delivery aperture and at least one gas duct. A liquid-channel section which is formed between the liquid valve (7) and the delivery aperture or the at least one gas duct can be connected via a valve control device (29) to connections for feeding and/or discharging treatment media, one of which is a hot sterilisation medium. To improve the filling process and/or the quality of the filling material drawn off, insulation is provided inside the filling element casing, which insulation encloses the liquid-channel section and/or the gas duct over at least part of their length and thermally insulates them from the filling element casing and/or the material of the latter. <IMAGE>

Ein Füllelement für Füllmaschinen zum Füllen von Flaschen oder dergl. Behälter besitzt ein aus Metall gefertigtes Füllelement-Gehäuse (3). In diesem sind ein Flüssigkeitskanal (4) mit einem Flüssigkeitsventil (7) zur gesteuerten Abgabe eines Füllgutes über eine Abgabeöffnung und zumindest ein Gasweg ausgebildet. Über eine Ventilsteuereinrichtung (29) sind ein zwischen dem Flüssigkeitsventil (7) und der Abgabeöffnung gebildeter Abschnitt des Flüssigkeitskanals oder der wenigstens eine Gasweg mit Anschlüssen zum Zu- und/oder Abführen von Behandlungsmedien verbindbar, von denen eines ein heißes Sterilisationsmedium ist. Zur Verbesserung des Füllvorganges und/oder der Qualität des abgefüllten Füllgutes ist im Inneren des Füllelement-Gehäuses eine den Abschnitt des Flüssigkeitskanals und/oder den Gasweg zumindest auf einer Teillänge umschließende und gegen das Füllelement-Gehäuse bzw. dessen Material thermisch isolierende Isolation vorgesehen. <IMAGE>
