The invention relates to a plug connection for the electrical connection of trailer vehicles, consisting of a plug socket (2), which is equipped with a cover which can pivot against the effect of a restoring spring in the opening direction, and of a plug (3), in the case of which plug socket the open cover (1) has an internal locking tab (4) which, on the connecting-line side, engages behind a locking shoulder (5) on the plug housing (6) of the plug (3) which is inserted into the plug socket (2) and is distinguished by the fact that the locking shoulder (5) and/or that surface of the locking tab (4) facing the locking shoulder (5) are/is provided with a metallic material section (7) whose exposed surface preferably has sharp-edged surface unevennesses (8). <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Steckverbindung für den elektrischen Anschluß von Anhängerfahrzeugen, bestehend aus einer mit einem gegen die Wirkung einer Rückstellfeder in Öffnungsrichtung schwenkbaren Deckel (1) ausgestatteten Steckdose (2) und einem Stecker (3), bei welcher der geöffnete Deckel (1) mit einer innenseitigen Verriegelungsnase (4) eine Arretierungsschulter (5) des Steckergehäuses (6) des in die Steckdose (2) eingesteckten Steckers (3) verbindungsleitungsseitig hintergreift und zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß die Arretierungsschulter (5) und/oder die der Arretierungsschulter (5) zugewandte Fläche der Verriegelungsnase (4) mit einem metallenen Materialabschnitt (7) versehen ist, dessen freiliegende Oberfläche vorzugsweise scharfkantigen Oberflächenunebenheiten (8) aufweist. <IMAGE>
