The material web section (10) consisting of a mouldable, curable composition is transferred, by means of a belt conveyor or similar, to a bed having a formwork surface forming a negative of the profile. The belt of the belt conveyor travels in the transverse direction of the profile. The bed is covered, following the profiling, with the material web section (10) for which purpose a relative transverse movement of belt conveyor and bed and/or the belt travel velocity of the belt conveyor are controlled corresponding to the development of the profile. <IMAGE>

Der aus einer formbaren aushärtenden Masse bestehende Materialbahnabschnitt (10) wird einem Bett, das eine ein Negativ des Profils bildende Schalungsfläche hat, mit einem Bandförderer oder ähnlichem übergeben. Das Band des Bandförderers läuft in Querrichtung des Profils. Das Bett wird der Profilierung folgend mit dem Materialbahnabschnitt (10) belegt, wozu eine relative Querbewegung von Bandförderer und Bett und/oder die Bandlaufgeschwindigkeit des Bandförderers der Abwicklung des Profils entsprechend gesteuert werden. <IMAGE>
