The invention relates to a piece of jewellery for fixing on a necktie, consisting essentially of a holding element which grips at least partially around the necktie, the holding element having a U-shaped or crescent-shaped cutout which accommodates the necktie (1) directly below the tied necktie knot (2) and is bounded by an outer element (6), which grips or is looped around the necktie (1), and an inner counter-element (9) which runs approximately parallel to the outer element (6) and supports the necktie (1) convexly from the inside. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schmuckelement zur Befestigung an einer Krawatte bestehend im wesentlichen aus einem die Krawatte zumindest teilweise umgreifenden Halteelement, wobei das Halteelement eine die Krawatte (1) unmittelbar unter dem gebundenen Krawattenknoten (2) aufnehmende U- förmig oder sichelartige Formausnehmung aufweist, die durch ein äußeres, die Krawatte (1) umgreifendes oder umschlingendes Element (6) und ein inneres, zum äußeren Element (6) etwa parallel verlaufendes, die Krawatte (1) von innen konvex stützendes Gegenelement (9) begrenzt wird. <IMAGE>
