Abstract (en)
The fuel injection nozzle for pilot and main injection has a nozzle holder (10), in which two closing springs (11, 12) are coaxially arranged, of which the one acts constantly by way of a central pressure spindle (28) on the valve needle (16) and the other by way of a thrust piece (33) enclosing the pressure spindle only after an initial lift (hv) of the valve needle (16). Between the valve needle (16) and the pressure spindle (28) an intermediate member (50) designed as a disc (50) is arranged, the outer edge area of which, following the initial lift (hv) of the valve needle (16) comes to bear on the thrust piece (33), which in the closing position of the valve needle is supported by a shoulder (43). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Kraftstoffeinspritzdüse für Vor- und Haupteinspritzung hat einen Düsenhalter (10), in dem zwei Schließfedern (11, 12) koaxial angeordnet sind, von denen die eine über einen zentralen Druckbolzen (28) ständig und die andere über ein den Druckbolzen umgebendes Druckstück (33) erst nach einem Vorhub (hv) der Ventilnadel (16) auf diese wirken. Zwischen der Ventilnadel (16) und dem Druckbolzen (28) ist ein als Scheibe (50) ausgebildetes Zwischenglied (50) angeordnet, dessen äußerer Randbereich nach dem Vorhub (hv) der Ventilnadel (16) an dem Druckstück (33) zur Anlage kommt, das in Schließlage der Ventilnadel von einer Schluter (43) abgefangen wird. <IMAGE>
