A multipole cable plug connector 1 has a printed-circuit board (17) (if required) which is arranged in a plastic housing (2) as well as integral contact elements (18, 18') having in each case one insulation-piercing terminal contact (22) for cable connection, one printed-circuit board contact (25) and one plug contact part (26, 26'). In order to achieve a low production cost in a simple manner and to enable the contact elements to be fixed independently of the presence of the printed-circuit board, it is provided that in each case one blind hole (15), running in the insertion direction, is provided in a contact supporting part (9) consisting of insulating material, in order to accommodate the end part (14) of each cable core (6), that the insulation-piercing terminal contact (22) and the printed-circuit board contact (25) formed by two lugs (23, 24) like a fork-shaped spring are arranged transversely with respect to the insertion direction, and that the contact supporting part (9) has a matched recess (16) for accommodating the insulation-piercing terminal contact (22). <IMAGE>

Ein mehrpoliger Kabelsteckverbinder 1 weist eine in einem Kunststoffgehäuse (2) angeordnete Leiterplatte (17) (bei Bedarf) sowie einstückige Kontaktelemente (18, 18') mit jeweils einem Schneidklemmkontakt (22) zum Kabelanschluß, einem Leiterplattenkontakt (25) und einem Steckkontaktteil (26, 26') auf. Um auf einfache Weise einen geringen Herstellungsaufwand zu erreichen und eine vom Vorhandensein der Leiterplatte unabhängige Fixierung der Kontaktelemente zu ermöglichen, ist vorgesehen, daß in einem Kontaktträgerteil (9) aus Isolierstoff je ein in Steckrichtung verlaufendes Sackloch (15) zur Aufnahme des Endteils (14) jeder Kabelader (6) angebracht ist, daß der Schneidklemmkontakt (22) und der durch zwei Laschen (23, 24) gabelfederartig ausgebildete Leiterplattenkontakt (25) quer zur Steckrichtung angeordnet sind und das Kontaktträgerteil (9) eine angepaßte Ausnehmung (16) zur Aufnahme des Schneidklemmkontaktes (22) aufweist. <IMAGE>
