The invention relates to the mixing of liquid media, especially solvents, with gaseous media, e.g. air, the flowing liquid medium being brought together with the flowing gaseous medium in countercurrent and the liquid and the gaseous medium each being subjected to a torque and as a result following a helical flow path, and also to a mixing device (10) having a housing (12) with a recess (17) provided therein which serves to guide a valve needle (20), the housing (12) having one feeder each for the liquid and for the gaseous medium, which are connected to the recess (17), and the recess (17) at the same time serving as the outlet orifice. In this arrangement, at least part of the inner wall of the recess (17) is provided with an internal thread, and the valve needle is provided with an external thread of opposite senses. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft das Mischen von flüssigen Medien, insbesondere Lösemittel, mit gasförmigen Gasmedien, z.B. Luft, wobei das strömende flüssige Medium mit dem strömenden gasförmigen Medium gegenläufig zusammengeführt wird und das flüssige und das gasförmige Medium jeweils einem Drall unterworfen sind und hierdurch einem wendelartigem Strömungsweg folgen sowie eine Mischeinrichtung (10) mit einem Gehäuse (12) mit einer darin vorgesehenen Ausnehmung (17), die zur Führung einer Düsennadel (20) dient, wobei das Gehäuse (12) je eine Zuführung für das flüssige und für das gasförmige Medium aufweist, die mit der Ausnehmung (17) verbunden sind, und die Ausnehmung (17) gleichzeitig als Austrittsöffnung dient. Dabei ist zumindest bereichsweise die Innenwand der Ausnehmung (17) mit einem Innengewinde und die Düsennadel mit einem gegenläufigen Außengewinde versehen. <IMAGE>
