The invention relates to a multi-phase highly heat-resistant material containing an intermetallic base alloy of the Ti3Al type, which material is intended especially for use in thermal engines such as internal combustion engines, gas turbines and aircraft engines, with a content of titanium from 20 to 40 atom % and of aluminium from 30 to 40 atom % and also of silicon from 0.1 to 20 atom % and a content of niobium from 0.1 to 15 atom %.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen mehrphasigen hochwarmfesten Werkstoff mit einer intermetallischen Basislegierung vom Typ Ti3Al, der insbesondere für den Einsatz in Wärmekraftmaschinen, wie Verbrennungsmotoren, Gasturbinen, Flugtriebwerken vorgesehen ist, mit einem Gehalt an Titan von 20 bis 40 At-% und an Aluminium von 30 bis 40 At-% sowie an Silicium von 0,1 bis 20 At-% und einem Gehalt an Niob von 0,1 bis 15 At-%.
