Abstract (en)
In the case of a method and a device for sorting bottles, in which process the bottles are fed into boxes, are tested to ascertain whether they are of at least one predefined type, are at least partially removed from the boxes and are reinserted into the boxes when they have been sorted into different types, it is proposed that the removed bottles be directly, i.e. without intermediate storage, transferred from one box to another by means of a controller gripping device. This will result in boxes which contain only one type, while taking up a small amount of space, costing little and conveying the bottles in a relatively troublefree manner.

Bei einem Verfahren und einer Vorrichtung zum Sortieren von Flaschen, bei denen die Flaschen in Kästen zugeführt werden, auf ihre Zugehörigkeit zu mindestens einer bestimmten Sorte hin überprüft, zumindest teilweise aus den Kästen entnommen und nach Sorten getrennt wieder in Kästen eingesetzt werden, wird vorgeschlagen, die entnommenen Flaschen mittels einer steuerbaren Greifvorrichtung direkt, d.h. ohne Zwischenspeicherung, von Kasten zu Kasten umzusetzen. Dadurch können bei geringem Platz- und Kostenaufwand und bei störungsarmem Flaschentransport sortenreine Kästen erzeugt werden. <IMAGE>
