A device for closing a container is described, having a nozzle-shaped neck (1) which is, or can be, fixed on the container and which is provided at its upper end with a screw thread (2), and having a cap (3) which can be screwed onto said neck, the neck (1) and cap (3) having teeth (4, 5) designed to engage releasably in one another. In the device, the nozzle-shaped neck (1) has at least one zone (6, 7) designed to be elastically flexible below the screw thread (2), and the releasable teeth (4) of the neck (1) are located at the edge of, or within, the flexible zone (6). <IMAGE>

Beschrieben wird eine Vorrichtung zum Verschließen eines Behälters mit einem an dem Behälter befestigten oder befestigbaren stutzenförmigen Hals (1), der an seinem oberen Ende mit einem Schraubgewinde (2) versehen ist, und mit einem auf diesen aufschraubbaren Deckel (3), wobei Hals (1) und Deckel (3) lösbar ineinandergreifend ausgebildete Verzahnungen (4, 5) aufweisen. Bei der Vorrichtung weist der stutzenförmige Hals (1) unterhalb des Schraubgewindes (2) zumindest eine elastisch flexibel ausgebildete Zone (6, 7) auf, und die lösbare Verzahnung (4) des Halses (1) befindet sich am Rande oder innerhalb der flexiblen Zone (6). <IMAGE>
