The invention relates to a mobile signalling device, in particular for roads. It comprises, mounted on a platform (26), a lower signalling panel (34) and a luminous upper signalling panel (42). The second panel can be moved in translation between an active upper position (solid lines) and a lower position (dashes) corresponding to the position for movement.
