[origin: WO9213643A1] The description relates to a device for coating a substrate with a fluid, which may in particular be a dispersion or suspension of a coating substance in a volatile vehicle fluid, with a nozzle system which has at least one dual-substance nozzle for the intermittent application of the fluid and for the extraction of a gas. Accoding to the invention the dual-substance nozzle, in order to obtain or maintain a rotary gas flow, has an inner nozzle and an annular space coaxially surrounding it into the jacket area of which opens at least one gas inlet nozzle, the longitudinal axis of which does no intersect that of the inner nozzle, and the annular space has an exit aperture surrounding the exit aperture of the inner nozzle, thus providing a device by means of which the lubricant can be intermittently supplied to the inner nozzle and there is a further device by means of which the gas can be continuously supplied to the gas inlet nozzle.

Un dispositif d'enduction d'un substrat avec un liquide, qui peut notamment être une dispersion ou une suspension d'un enduit dans un liquide porteur évaporable, comprend un système d'ajutages qui réunit au moins un ajutage à deux substances d'application intermittente du liquide et d'application d'un gaz. Selon l'invention, l'ajutage à deux substances comprend un ajutage intérieur entouré d'un espace annulaire coaxial, afin d'obtenir ou d'entretenir un courant rotatif de gaz. Dans la surface de l'enveloppe dudit espace annulaire débouche au moins un ajutage d'admission de gaz dont l'axe longitudinal ne coupe pas l'axe longitudinal de l'ajutage intérieur. L'espace annulaire est pourvu d'un orifice de sortie qui entoure l'orifice de sortie de l'ajutage intérieur. Un système permet d'alimenter l'ajutage intérieur par intermittence en lubrifiant et un autre système permet d'introduire en continu le gaz dans l'ajutage d'admission de gaz.
