Abstract (en)
In a washing device for the printing unit of a printing machine, a metering pump (14, 14/2) removes a particular quantity of washing liquid from a reservoir (11, 12) and subsequently conveys it into a distributor line (52, 52/2). From the distributor line, a plurality of liquid feed lines (56, 57, 56/2, 57/2) lead in each case via a controllable valve (62, 63, 64, 65, 62/2, 63/2 ...) to an intermediate store (72, 73, 74). The intermediate stores are each connected to a nozzle beam (6, 7, 8) which sprays the liquid when it is driven by a column of compressed air from the intermediate store into the nozzle beam. The distributor line (52, 52/2) is provided at its downstream end with a counter-pressure valve (54, 54/2) and the pressure can be relieved via said counter-pressure valve into the liquid reservoir (11, 12) both during venting of the distributor line and for letting off liquid for pressure relief after a spraying operation. <IMAGE>

Druckwerks-Waschvorrichtung für Druckmaschinen. Eine Dosierpumpe (14, 14/2) entnimmt einem Reservoir (11, 12) eine bestimmte Menge Waschflüssigkeit und fördert sie anschließend in eine Verteilerleitung (52, 52/2). Von der Verteilerleitung führen mehrere Flüssigkeits-Zufuhrleitungen (56, 57, 56/2, 57/2) je über ein steuerbares Ventil (62, 63, 64, 65, 62/2, 63/2 ...) zu einem Zwischenspeicher (72, 73, 74). Die Zwischenspeicher sind je an einen Düsenbalken (6, 7, 8) angeschlossen, welcher die Füssigkeit versprüht, wenn sie durch eine Druckluftsäule von dem Zwischenspeicher in den Düsenbalken getrieben wird. Die Verteilerleitung (52, 52/2) ist an ihrem stromabwärtigen Ende mit einem Gegendruckventil (54, 54/2) versehen und über dieses Gegendruckventil in das Flüssigkeitsreservoir (11, 12) druckentlastbar, sowohl beim Entlüften der Verteilerleitung als auch zum Ablassen von Flüssigkeit zur Druckentlastung nach einem Sprühvorgang. <IMAGE>
