Abstract (en)

In the winding machine (1) according to the invention, a separating device (23) is fastened to the machine housing (3) and carries a pivotable separating support (27), to the upper leg (29) of which separating flaps (31) are fastened pivotably. After the rotation of the turret (11) during the bobbin change, the separating device (23) is pivoted and the separating flaps (31) are introduced between the full bobbin (15) and the empty tube (13) or the new bobbin (15) already being built up on the empty tube (9) supplied. The separating flaps (31) prevent the possibility that the loose thread end, spinning round on the full bobbin (15) which continues to rotate, will come into contact with the new bobbin being built up. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Bei der erfindungsgemässen Spulmaschine (1) ist eine Trennvorrichtung (23) am Maschinengehäuse (3) befestigt, welche einen schwenkbaren Trennsupport (27) trägt, auf dessen oberem Schenkel (29) Trennklappen (31) schwenkbar befestigt sind. Nach der Drehung des Revolvers (11) beim Spulenwechsel wird die Trennvorrichtung (23) geschwenkt und die Trennklappen (31) werden zwischen die volle Spule (15) und die leere Hülse (13) bzw. die bereits im Aufbau befindliche neue Spule (15) auf der zugeführten leeren Hülse (9) eingeführt. Die Trennklappen (31) verhindern, dass das lose, auf der noch weiter drehenden vollen Spule (15) herumschleudernde Fadenende in Kontakt mit der neuen im Aufbau befindlichen Spule gelangen kann. <IMAGE>
