Abstract (en)
An offset rubber blanket for a blanket cylinder without a gap for applying a printing image to sheet or web material is made up of a fitted backing plate with a layer of rubber applied thereto. The beginning and the end of the backing plate and of the layer of rubber are connected to one another in such a way that the outer circumferential surface of the rubber blanket is continuous and without gaps. In the operating position, the rubber blanket sheaths the blanket cylinder in the form of a sleeve with frictional engagement, but releasably. A register device is provided at least on one end face of the rubber blanket to ensure the register on the circumference. <IMAGE>

Ein Offset-Gummituch für einen kanallosen Gummituchzylinder zum Aufbringen eines Druckbildes auf Bogen- oder Bahnmaterial ist aus einer zugeschnittenen Trägerplatte mit einer darauf aufgebrachten Gummischicht aufgebaut. Der Anfang und das Ende der Trägerplatte und der Gummischicht sind derart miteinander verbunden, so daß die Außenumfangsfläche des Gummituchs zusammenhängend und spaltenfrei ist. Das Gummituch ummantelt in der Arbeitsstellung den Gummituchzylinder in Form einer Hülse reibschlüssig, jedoch lösbar. Eine Registereinrichtung ist an mindestens einer Stirnseite des Gummituchs zur Sicherstellung der umfangsgemäßen Registerhaltigkeit vorgesehen. <IMAGE>
