[origin: WO9311260A1] This invention relates to a method for measuring the fibrinolytic capacity of whole plasma. This method comprises coating a solid support with a plasminogen binding material such as polylysine, fibrinogen or fibrin, adding a plasma sample or control and then measuring the amount of plasmin bound to the support. This method is particularly advantageous as the immobilized plasminogen binding material provides a surface which mimics the in vivo surface of a fibrin clot.

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de mesure de la capacité fibrinolytique du plasma total. Ledit procédé comprend le revêtement d'un support solide avec une matière de fixation de plasminogène, telle que la polylysine, le fibrinogène ou la fibrine, l'apport d'un échantillon ou d'un témoin de plasma et, enfin, la mesure de la quantité de plasmine fixée au support. Ce procédé est particulièrement avantageux, étant donné que la matière de fixation de plasminogène immobilisé constitue une surface imitant la surface in vivo d'un caillot de fibrine.
