Abstract (en)
The invention proposes a method for controlling casting parameters of a diecasting machine. In order to reduce the effect of the gas contained in the die cavity and the associated air or gas inclusions in the casting, measuring sensors are provided to record the gas content in conjunction with its temperature and its pressure, their measurement data being evaluated for the purpose of monitoring and controlling the casting process.

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Regelung von Gießparametern bei einer Druckgießmaschine vorgeschlagen. Um den Einfluß des Gasgehalts im Formhohlraum und die damit verbundenen Luft- oder Gaseinschlüsse im Gußwerkstück zu verringern, sind Meßsensoren zur Erfassung des Gasgehalts im Zusammenhang mit dessen Temperatur sowie dessen Druck vorgesehen, deren Meßdaten zur Gießprozeßüberwachung und -regelung ausgewertet werden.
