Method for pressing double-layered tablets in a two-station rotary press, in which method the powdered material is pressed layer by layer in die holes of a rotating die disc by means of synchronously rotating pressing stamps and the double-layered newly pressed tablets are then ejected and removed in a removal station and in which, after pressing, newly pressed single-layered tablets are removed for testing purposes in an intermediate removal station or finished newly pressed double-layered tablets are removed in the removal station and are fed to a testing station, the first layers being, before sampling in the intermediate removal station, compressed to a greater extent than is the case during normal production and the further pressed second layers being fed, at the latest after removal of the single-layered newly pressed tablets in the removal station to a reject channel or also to the testing station. <IMAGE>

Verfahren zum Pressen von Zweischichttabletten in einer Doppelrundläuferpresse, bei dem das pulverförmige Material in Matrizenlöchern einer umlaufenden Matrizenscheibe mittels synchron umlaufender Preßstempel Schicht auf Schicht verpreßt und die zweischichtigen Preßlinge anschließend in einer Entnahmestation ausgeworfen und entnommen werden und bei dem zu Prüfzwecken nach dem Verpressen Preßlinge der ersten Schicht in einer Zwischenentnahmestation oder fertige zweischichtige Preßlinge in der Entnahmestation entnommen und einer Prüfstation zugeleitet werden, wobei vor der Probenentnahme in der Zwischenentnahmestation die ersten Schichten stärker komprimiert werden als während der normalen Fertigung und die weiterhin verpreßten zweiten Schichten spätestens nach Entnahme der einschichtigen Preßlinge in der Entnahmestation einem Schlechtkanal oder ebenfalls der Prüfstation zugeleitet werden. <IMAGE>
