[origin: EP0573039A1] A ligno-cellulosic or wood-fibre laminated mat (8) containing a binding agent for the manufacture of three-dimensionally shaped parts for the inner lining of vehicles is described. In this laminated mat (8), the outer surface laminations (2) are compacted to a greater degree compared with the inner lamination or laminations (1) consisting mainly of the same material. The weight proportion of the outer laminations is at least 20% of the weight of the entire mat and the outer laminations have at least 40% greater compaction. Each of the outer laminations is formed from a multiplicity of individual layers, the fibre arrangements of which are orientated relative to one another approximately in an orthotropic manner. <IMAGE>
