Abstract (en)
An adjustable joint hinge for windows or doors comprises a frame hinge part (1) and a wing hinge part (5) as well as a hinge pin (8) which can be pushed into a cylindrical receptacle (9) of the wing hinge part (5) and which connects the frame hinge part (1) and the wing hinge part (5) pivotably to one another. For the continuous adjustment of the spacing between the wing hinge part (5) and frame hinge part (1), there have hitherto served, as a hinge-pin receptacle in the frame hinge part, mutually rotatable double eccentric brushes which, on account of the rotatability, require radial play and which cannot be used in certain embodiments of the joint hinge. To make the hinge-pin receptacle free of play and to allow adjustment in a plurality of embodiments of the joint hinge, the cylindrical receptacle (9) is arranged in a receiving block (10) which is held in a guide chamber (11) of the wing hinge part (5) so as to be free of play in the wing plane and displaceable at right angles to the wing plane, and there are means (12, 15, 16) for adjusting the receiving block (10) at right angles to the wing plane and means (21, 22, 30) for fastening the receiving block (10) in the guide chamber (11). <IMAGE>

Ein einstellbares Gelenkband für Fenster oder Türen umfaßt ein Rahmenbandteil (1) und ein Flügelbandteil (5) und einen Bandzapfen (8), der in eine zylindrische Aufnahme (9) des Flügelbandteils (5) einschiebbar ist und der das Rahmenbandteil (1) und das Flügelbandteil (5) schwenkbar miteinander verbindet. Zur kontinuierlichen Verstellung des Abstandes zwischen Flügelbandteil (5) und Rahmenbandteil (1) dienen bisher gegeneinander verdrehbare Doppelexzenterbuchsen als Bandzapfenaufnahme im Rahmenbandteil, die wegen der Verdrehbarkeit ein radiales Spiel benötigen und die bei bestimmten Ausführungsformen des Gelenkbandes nicht einsetzbar sind. Um die Bandzapfenaufnahme spielfrei zu gestalten und die Verstellung bei einer Vielzahl von Ausführungsformen des Gelenkbandes zu ermöglichen, ist die zylindrische Aufnahme (9) in einem Aufnahmeblock (10) angeordnet, der in der Flügelebene spielfrei und rechtwinklig zur Flügelebene verschiebbar in einer Führungskammer (11) des Flügelbandteils (5) gehalten ist,und es sind Mittel (12,15,16) zum Verstellen des Aufnahmeblocks (10) rechtwinklig zur Flügelebene und Mittel (21,22,30) zum Befestigen des Aufnahmeblocks (10) in der Führungskammer (11) vorgesehen. <IMAGE>
